Hi there everyone so I have two 86 honda 200x one is fix, now the other one needs a piston, does anyone know we're I can get a standard one? Is it true they don't make them nomore?:wondering

You can buy rebuild kits from several aftermarket vendors. E-bay always has piles of them as well. Personally, if I had to do a top end build it would be done with a kit from Wiseco.

Ok thanks for the link, quick question are they all the same or different, I heard they make them bigger, not like the standard ones?

Yes. You have to get the proper size for your cylinder head. Sometimes you need to bore the cylinder due to damage and you'll hear people say something like, "I need a piston for a cylinder head that was bored .10 over."
Note that eventually, you cannot bore a cylinder anymore because the walls will become too thin. You need to determine if your cylinder head has been bored over by using a cylinder bore gauge.
Again, you can see all of this on YouTube. Throw in a few search terms and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Partzilla shows .050 is still available in OEM. If you have time to wait search ebay maybe other sizes will popup, or put up a want ad here

this is an orig style piston made by a japanese company that makes many pistons for mfg's.
