Sounds to me like you may be do for a carb cleaning and adjustment, but let's start with some background onfo. Have you owned it long or did you buy it this way? Any change when the choke is on? Does it start hard or not? Could possibly be something electrical but it seems dirty carbs more often in my experience.

When the choke is on it stays on but as soon as I put it down it turns off, I cleaned the carb many times with some brushes and carb cleaner, I checked the gas tank is clean, sins I got it it's been doing the same. I doest start hard

Then I'd next check the air screw, I believe they are usually turned out between 1.5 and 2.5 turns from seated, also check that you have good spark.

Sounds like a clogged pilot to me. What slot is your slide clip on?

x2....you still have junk in your pilot circuit. Pull the bowl off, remove the pilot and give it a thorough cleaning with carb cleaner and compressed air or better yet I would just buy a new pilot at jetsrus.com. Or even better still, if you have that much varnish buildup in your carb you are money ahead to spend 20 bucks on a shindy rebuild kit and replace everything.

It's in the 2nd slot and 2.5 turns I cleaned the jet and still the same, could it be something else

Can it be the timing??? It fire's back

Does it backfire when you let off the throttle only?

2nd clip from the top or bottom? Is the trike stock? Do you have any aftermarket parts ie pipe or air filter?

2 clip from top, the trike is stock no aftermarket parts on it, and it backfires after I let off the throttle

I would lower the clip down one at a time and check how that works. Your definitely lean so dropping the clip should help. Read over this thread:

Does this include phosphoric acid bath and compressed air? Carb cleaner alone might not be sufficient. The manual says 2 turns.

Yes I blew it with compressed air but not with the acid, and its turn 2 turns still doing the same

Try this. I had a tough carb problem once before and this resolved it. Take all the jets out, pilot screw, etc.if the pilot screw has the rubber O-ring and washer are there leave them out of the soak. Leave all the rubber out of the soak. It tends to make them expand and nearly impossible to put back in. Soak the bowl, the top of the carb, and the other bits for 12 hours. Rinse with hot water and compressed air. Usually does the trick. **Remember** Leave the rubber OUT of the dip.
