The Banche is water cooled, the RD is air cooled.

Billy uploaded some pics of Trikefest '15, and there's a pic of an orange and blue Tri-Z with a Banshee engine in it. I'm not sure whose machine it is, or what it took to fit that engine in there.

I believe aside from being air cooled the gearing was different in the bike. Higher top speed I'm assuming but with less bite. Use the banshee motor. Parts are more plentiful and a lot of aftermarket stuff too.

Up to 1980 the RD 350 & 400 was air cooled. The RD 350 of 1981 & 82 was water cooled and as far as I know the platform of the Banshee engine. The RZ 350 of 1983 and on were only called that in Canada and the USA. They continued to be called RD's in Europe. The main difference between the 81/82 and the newer ones is that they had the YVPS valves added. Look in the Showcase builds for "TriShee" and you will find one in part of a Tri-Z frame. You can also see it running in the more recent Trikefest drag videos on YouTube.

There was another person here that did it too I'm pretty sure.

I was unaware that the water cooled version of the RD was even available in the U.S.
But then again I do live in California where 2 stroke street bikes were not sold here at that time.

18x10x10 titan fast trekkers...good luck finding them, that style was about last made in late 90's...they changed the treat pattern now.... 10in rear rims have no place on the back of an atv. you will bend them rims asap.

www.HREatv.com will build you them. We build a set of them for my YZ85 forks for a 200x. He will be cheaper then HALLs performance kit's if you have time to kill. Personally having owned inverts I see them as over kill unless your gonna race MX and get big air. If your gonna do all that work you need to gusset up that frame. I find if you just get your stock suspension redone that will work just fine with stiffer springs or different oil weights.

Here were the ones he build for me. I end up selling them to a guy who bought some atc parts off me few weeks ago.
