Who lets this happen to a "running machine?"

Aside from a few perhaps usable items......I would surrender it to the atc promise land......where it romps around happily with its kin folks in the pristine state it will always be.

Cause where it sits now....it's about a 3K deal to make it cleaner.

I'd buy it for some hard to find OEM parts I see. At its current price it's worth that and then some. Too bad I am in Missouri or it would already be loaded up and I would charge 150 for that grab bar :)

Yes, definitely some good parts there. Its just a shame it was allowed to get that bad. I would argue that its actually a good candidate for a resto, particularly the kind where every nut, bolt, washer, etc gets replated and everything else gets powdercoated and rebuilt. No sense in starting with something decent if that's the route one plans on taking.

If anyone on here winds up winning this one, I sure would like to talk about the grab bar and wheels/tires!

What a fresh pile. Not all west coast trikes are created equal. manbearpig asked me about the tank, I said bring it. I will make it shine.....:D

The two extra aluminum rims make this a smoking deal.

I hope someone could use the parts cause that's a pile. Restoration? Only if the VIN was 0000001. If one could do all the powder coating themselves, paint themselves and cad plate themselves your still into it probably $3000 to $3500 and a year into it. If you need to source some things out...forget about it. You could buy one on ebay for that much if not a little more....nice running shape.

I think this one may have been parked right ON the coast. Oh well. I wonder who ended up with it?

And I have no doubt in my mind you could work wonders with that tank.

i didnt buy it.

Encinitas, Ca is a beach city. lots of salty air and bright sunshine every day and night for 20 years. after it hit $300, i was over it.

that bike is $4K away from being worth $3k
