Hey was wondering if anyone knows any videos on replacing rings and pistions for a 250sx my buddy is helping me do it he said he knows how to but I'd still like to watch dome videos so I still have an idea.. I've searched youtube and stuff and only get videos on big reds and other stuff. .. I'm assuming it'd be the same but I'm not positive. Any info would be great

They're all about the same. If you don't have a manual I'd get one before you start, you need to follow certain procedures like torque sequencing and valve timing.

Ya on a.video I watched it told me what to torque certain things at.. would the torque be the same on most 3 wheeliers as well?

.
heres a free online manual.

you need to have the bore and piston checked for wear . . if the bore is worn enough, new rings will not seal.

if the bore is ok, you need to deglaze the cylinder with a ball hone . . see the video below . . you can use wd 40 . . wash with warm water and liquid dish soap and a brush . . after drying, spray wd40 in it then wioe it with a white paper towel, if it comes out dirty, the cyl is not clean.
