No idea, but looks like a KDX80 tank. Hadn't seen that one yet, but I don't watch CL as much as I used to.

It looks like it has a Tecumseh engine which are pretty much bulletproof, if you change the oil regularly. Also, they can be found on many types of older snowblowers and other power equipment.
