Well first off it took me a while to figure out I could only post here.. buuuut..
I have a 250r i Just bought. exhaust had a hold in it by the mounting bracket under the gas tank, so I took off the whole exhaust and welding it shut, now, putting it back on, the silencer does not fit on there tight. It just slips on right? I see a slit cut in it so I figured If i put a big hose clamp or chain link fence post clamp on it, it would squeeze onto the exhaust, but no luck, am I missing something or doing something wrong? it wiggles back and forth even with it bolted to the head and to the bracket under the gas tank, and the silencer is bolted onto its bracket also, so I'm stuck.. haha
