Can anyone tell me the proper way to grease the rear end on a yt60 tri-zinger. I looked in the service manual and the directions a pretty poor. When I split the rear diff where wasn't a large amount of old grease in it. If anyone could lead me in the proper direction I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Funny you mentioned this as I'm building a few YT60 Zingers myself. I am going synthetic trans fluid and creating a drain.
These units are straight race and looking for some edge through better fluids and less drag. This may up the maintenance as to pack it and forget it like it was stock. To answer your question stuff it with the recommended weight grease. Bolt it back together it lasted 20+yrs originally so it worked just fine.

If your looking to mod your Zinger I recommend these to make a big difference.
1: Pipe call DG still making them just under $200
2: Blockoff Plate from PW Only pwonly.com around $34 eliminate injector system!
3: Complete Race motor via PW Only $126
4: Carb/intake I go to CPW carbparts.com for new oversized 18mm with UNI filter under $140

PW only has some other items like the rubber bar cover and a hot plug wire to add that extra.
