1982 Honda 110 atc won't start

I have a 1982 honda 110 that is getting spark, fuel, and has compression. Pulled it with a truck and backfired a little bit but wouldn't pop off and start. I've never encountered anything like this before so responses would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If it's got all you say it does, it sounds like you may have jumped a timing chain or partially sheared a woodruff key. Just make darn sure it has GOOD spark and GOOD compression and it's not flooded out first. And make sure your exhaust isn't plugged up.

How's the spark plug? Also, is it getting gas to the engine? If there's something clogged in the carb, you could get gas there, but none through it. Just a couple of thoughts.
