I'm trying to determine why my new bike won't shift! Can anyone tell me the most common problems and where to look for parts?

Do you know what gear it's stuck in? Is the clutch operable? Do the wheels turn with the clutch pulled in? Do you have a service manual?

Clutch is good, it's always in neutral.
