What is everyone using for a carb on their 110's? I need to buy a new one and just looking to see what is the best bang for your buck! Aftermarket or stock.

I gave the Chinese carbs on ebay a shot on my zinger, and was very disapointed. I ended up piecing mine back together with a few of the China carb parts to get it to work. It just wouldn't run correctly.

I also need a carb for my 110 right now. But because of my experience with the zinger carb, Im going to be patient and find a nice oem.

The chinas can be hit n miss...i got one for my x and it fires first kick every time, just ordered one for my sons 4 wheeler and it sucked, choke wouldnt spring back and float sticks. Im ordering another and sending that one back, but for $20 and 4 month warranty i feel they are worth a try...j.m.o

I recommend Spangler's Sound, for your 110+ mini mod 4stroke. They carry a repop for $50 and it's a few mm larger than stock. As for your Zinger Eric, If your gonna pipe it use an 18mm Carb with a pod filter and blockoff the injector system. PW Only has the Blockoff plug, CPW carries the carb.

I probably should up the carb on it, it has a DG pipe, and a big bore kit. Ill have to look into that.

I have used 3 cheap Chinese carbs for a couple 110 repairs and they worked just fine for me.

I like the win cycles carbs here is the link http://www.ebay.com/itm/Honda-ATC110-Carb-Carburetor-1981-1982-1983-1984-1985-1979-1985-NEW-/391309483686?hash=item5b1bdcdea6:g:so8AAOxyeglTajy x&vxp=mtr . I have this brand of carbs in my 125m my 200x and my 200m and all of them its been bolt on and go. They are great carbs and the only carbs I will buy for my bike. You really can not even tell the difference between the stock carbs and these carbs

And at these prices its really not even worth buying carb kits anymore.

You can pay $20 for a rebuild kit and have the OEM quality and reliability, or you can pay $20 for a whole new carb and swap your jets and go for the lazy route like me. No issues so far running Chinese replicas.

Now this is for a 110, I never tried the knockoff carbs on any of the 200 models.

I fought with my OEM 200s carb for a L-O-N-G time before giving in and going with a Chinese carb and haven't looked back since, although I do generally disassemble them first for both an inspection as well as to transfer over the jets (hate that many of them come with un-marked jets) and check the float level. Threw a Chinese carb on my 200x the other day as well without issue as I had one sitting in my toolbox, although later found out I may have just had the wrong pilot jet installed in the original and may swap back at some point just to have it OEM. On the 200s, I had to thread the slide cover to accommodate the throttle adjuster from the OEM carb. Thankfully there was sufficient material on it to do so.
