What type of powder coat setup is that? Are you able to use the lamp instead of an oven?

the powder coat system comes from eastwood.the light is a infrared lamp for curing powder or paint.only good for small parts.i did do my frame and swing arm with it but takes along time to get the metal up to temp.

ok my shop Manuel tells me that after you rebuild the front forks you put 10 psi or so. then you let the pressure right back out. the air pressure valves actually are there for you to let the pressure thats built up in the forks out. dont ask me why the Manuel tells you to do this because I do not know.

no I am not.is it necessary?Metal to metal contact is bayad, mmmkay. That could destroy your shock, and that's bayad, mmmkay.

i commend you for your achievement vanvranken! as pretty as a new one, indeed! so after having gotten to the point you are now… what would you say the most challenging aspects of your build have been? i ask because i'd like to build a more modern trike like a tpc or similar and i have not attempted a trike project before.
