While in the process of a law abiding citizen getting an extensive back ground check some low life P.O.S. is getting a firearm through smuggling and black market. All they need to do it start making it common knowledge what it costs to put people in jail for life and how long it takes to kill the ones that alread have the death penalty that are keep alive for years. And what it cost to give them a human death( like they deserve it NOT) and it would probably change some peoples minds on how this stuff is handled.
