1981 ATC 250R Headlight

My high beam seems to have burned out on my 1981 ATC 250R. Where can I get a new headlight bulb? Anyone know? Also would love to update to LED somehow... Don't know if that's possible, probably need some voltage regulator and circuitry... Anyone know of anything like that? Thanks!
