83 ATC 185s air filter is it oil soaked?

Is the air filter for a 83 ATC 185s an oil soaked filter? I bought a new one from honda and it is yellow, is it also an oil soaked filter?

Yes they are supposed to be lightly dampened with oil, not dripping but lightly oiled. And when cleaning it use gasoline or foam filter clener and never wring and twist it to remove the clean just squeeze it the twisting can and usually will tear it.
