Hello all, found this site researching how to set the blasted points on an ATC 70...

It's been painted but need to work the bugs out..
Picked up this 90 today and after researching those tires, can I convert it to normal 8" rims like the 110 have? http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/12/26/e42563703d87e5f8a8d3db7e3540c92c.jpg
We also have an ATC 110 that needs a friend, (tires, seat cover, AF, and headlight restore) but it runs on prime.
I am new to wheelers but not to small engines as my other hobby is performance chainsaws.
Please feel free to school me on what I need to know. Thanks.
