I have nothing but rocks, flowers and a tree thanks to the homeowners association.

Not real tech savvy so no pics, but trust me, there are things residing here that I wish I could unsee, not have to string trim around, or sell.

I have bought some serious piles of scrap iron, but that one one right there might be the straw that broke the camel's back. I quit bidding on one last year at an auction at 850$ think it was a Cushman. 3 wheeled, had a 600cc motorbike engine, was said to be factory created and would do 55 mph. Wish I would have kept bidding. Thing was awesome. Guy by my parents house has one, might be the 4 wheel variety tho. I'll snap a pic of it next time I'm down there if it's still sitting out. They used them as parking enforcement vehicles as well.
