200es engine problems

hello my name is jean-michel im from quebec/montreal i don't speak english so don't get mad :D i recently bought a big red 200es en the engine was seizure i got a new top engine but i was wondering if there was any problem at the botton here is some picture of it and i want you opinion 226890226891 Here is the new one226892

I already changed the crankshaft beacause it was seizure and the same probleme came back

Doesn't look real healthy in the pictures, I have a good top end off of one of those engines, I would be happy to help you out if you need it.
