I have tried to conduct a list of what i need to rebuild the engine:
flywheel pulller
crankcase splitter
flywheel holder
Bearing remover? 12mm and 17mm?
i have the normal tools along with internal and external mics, dial bore gauge, snap gauges, feeler gauges etc.
I have access to a press at my work, but can anyone add to the list or recommend a place or alternative to removing bearings inside the case? Any tools needed for clutch dis assembly and possibly any diy alternatives. I have access to a mill and lathe and will be making my own crankcase splitter. Thanks for any help.

Refer to your shop manual.....It will outline all necessary tools needed for your motor rebuild....Flywheel puller tool would be a plus.....Motion pro sells one that is often universal with other machines....The number is 08-0026...mag puller 27mm x 1.0 left hand thread for ATC/TRX250R.

Yes I downloaded the manual, and that's how I've tried to make a list I just figured some would have some more input. Thanks for the reply.
