School is so dumb. They closed school today and we got like 1/4 in. Now we get to make up another day. Any one else have off?

yea we did, but the roads are kinda bad. on friday they closed us and it wasnt bad. the weatherman said it was suposed to fell like -20 degrees so they cancelled and it didnt happen.

When we get less than a inch, they cancell school. When we get a shitload they dont cancell and the bus slides everywhere.

We got school canceled for three days in a row once and on the third day there was NO snow on the ground what-so-ever. We had an ice storm one time and I figured school was canceled, but of cours it was not.

i dont have to go to school until thursday, because 9-10 graders are having "regents" exams

We got 5-6 inches yesterday. Needless to say...there was no school today and there is no school tomorrow either. They are calling for 1/2" of ice tomorrow also so I dont think there will be any school wednesday either :twisted: :D 8)

I wish I had those worries, For me everyday except Sat and Sun are work days. Ahh to be back in school and have my parents support me..

around here in ohio, if a dog pisses on the road and it freezes we get cancelled!!!! lol not really but close, we had a 2 hour delay on friday, and we had monday tuesday and today (wednesday) off so far...our main roads are clear, but the back roads (where most of the students are) are nothing but a sheet of ice!!! the salt truck has been down my road 4 times today and the ice is still on the road....the plow isnt doing anything either! :D i was tempted to get my RM250 out but i decided not to...hehe without spikes i wont do nothing but spin i bet.

i had exams, but now they are over, so i get this week off, but we had a foot of snow fall the other night, total of 3 and half feet, and its still comin!

Well...I've been out of school for 3 days so far (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday). Right now, they are calling for a 2 hour delay for Thursday...But I have a feeling that it will change in the morning (ALL the county roads, including mine, are still covered in a good inch of hard packed snow and ice....Good luck finding dry pavement)

lol i cant believe u guys are complaining about not having school. i love to be able to sleep in then wake up and tear the town apart on my z.
:twisted: ive also been known to pull 5th gear wheelies by a girls soccer game infront of the whole town :twisted: i am a major show off when it comes to the ladys.
just use your snow days to tinker on your trikes thats what i do that and get soem much needed sleep.
