Best of both worlds then John Deere and Honda. I've got a 1984 316, 1971 112 Hydro, 1964 Cub Cadet 100. The cub is in many pieces right now though. :D

Those are beautiful! The yellow hood looks great and the 316 looks like an industrial tractor.
Did you restore them? Mine is original-except dad & I painted it almost 30 yrs ago.

I did both....well the powder on the yellow was done for me and horribly I might add. Has to get redone when I am finished with it for the season this year.

The pics are in here along with others that I had and have sold.....regrettably.

228606thanks for those pics. I've got 2-80 dump carts. One is original to the tractor my folks bought new in Illinois. They would mow 3 acres with six kids in the cart. Moved to Idaho in '78 & parked it until I was 12 they gave it to me-or should I say worked it off. I had a paper route & now a lawn mowing business. I mowed our park down the street and many neighbors. It paid for my 4 yr apprenticeship. I put it to sleep when I was 17 & woke it up last year-26 yrs later. I owe it to my folks for giving me the chance to work it.

My daughter not even 3 yet in this picture and already loves it and can barely keep her off it... especially when it's idling!
Proud daddy moment!

Very cool man, I can relate to the feeling. I have been easing around with my daughter since she came. She is 15 months now and gets excited and yells "daddy!" "daddy!" when she hears me firing up a toy. I was riding around with her on her 110 today however I get the most excitement out of her with the bigger bikes like tri z,250r and banshee. . There are no words for feelings at times like this.. just like you said, very proud.

Proud. Yes, I'm feeling it. We started riding around the yard on our 250 rebel & by 3 yrs old he was driving me around. When we got him his 70, he was so excited. He is developing a real knack for taking care of it. He told me he is saving it for his son(made me melt).
