Another misinformed quad seller. He says this quad is a conversion. Looks like a 350x motor in 250x quadframe to me. Wich was a popular setup back in the late 80s early 90s. https://utica.craigslist.org/snw/5501218370.html

Im not even sure thats a 350 engine. Definitely a 250x frame.

Had to text him. Here is the ad:

"This is the classic Honda wheelers out of the 80s, they are rare like the 250r ATC and trx 250r, this one is the poweroll conversion when 3 wheelers were banned a lot of people did the 4 Wheeler conversion, it's a very fast 4 Wheeler with tons of aftermarket parts! Was professionally built in Albany area, over 3000 into this machine! Selling because I'm looking for a street legal bike will honor trades!"

My text: Your quad is a 250x with a 350x engine in it. It is not a 3 wheeler conversion. Good Luck with the sale.

His reply (after he tried to call me lol): "It's a 350xx put on a 300ex frame it is a powroll conversion over 3k into it...already sold!"

My reply: 300ex didn't come out till 1993.

His reply: "It's a 93 frame then if that makes ya happy man...God Bless You!"

Of course, gotta bring god into this false advertising scheme, don't we. Our convo went on a bit further, more bs from him, I called him out again, blah blah. Wished him the best of luck and moved on. And, it's NOT sold, big surprise.

It actually is worth the price imho. It has a supertrapp, a durablue, and lots of other aftermarket stuff. Would be neat to see it done up right, or heck even just ridden as is.
