200x front end on 250 sx???

is the 200x front end a direct bolt on to 85 250 sx??does it matter what year 200x front end?

1st gen 200x bolts on, but doesn't include a steering stop. You run the risk of denting your gas tank unless you weld on a metal steering stop on the frame neck. It is a very nice upgrade.

My current SX has a full 1st gen 200x front end on it. The 1st SX I bought had 200x forks in the stock SX triple clamps with the stock SX front wheel and drum.

Edit: I just remembered my 1st SX did not have a functioning front brake due to the X forks. The machined piece you need to hold the drum in place is not there.
