Could it be that he saved it from the crusher ? Adapted a few h.p. aftermarket lightweight componets to bring this back to life ? let's applaud the hero for saving another one.

wow. That's one way to get rid of the wide front tire. looks like the brake handle on the right side is the throttle.

Chances are he took a perfectly good rider and f'd it up.
