can anyone suggest how to tighten rear brake cable on the left handle.

I don't have any experience with that particular model, but there should be either an adjuster on the lever where the cable goes into the perch or one down at the rear brake. Possibly could have both. At the lever, you loosen the lock "wheel" and then turn the adjuster so it moves away from the perch. At the rear brake, you turn the adjuster that the end of the cable goes through. If you look, it's usually fairly simple to figure out. Hope this helps.
