Yamaha 200 3 wheeler front rim interchange

Hey everyone,im New to this site .all I ride is 3 wheelers and I want to do some upgrades on my 84 yamaha 200,i need to know if I buy this front rim from a honda 250r will it interchange with the yamaha ? Can I use my axle/pin ? I'd like to use the disk brake and all,wanting to do it for the rim size and tire size.plus it will be a better stance also.

I'm going to say it won't work only cause I've never heard anyone do it before. The best way would be to swap some Tri Z forks and use the whole front end.

I'm using the 225 forks now,they have me more clearance,the tire and rim is just too small,doesn't want to turn ,that honda 250r rim and tire is 22 inches tall compared to my 12 inch now .do you know anything about the diameter of the front axles?
