I've got this bearing that came off the centrifugal clutch that I can't even find on the Honda diagrams. It's sandwiched between the end of the centrifugal clutch shaft and a pocket on the right-side crankcase. Ive looked over the "Clutch" diagram and the "Right Crankcase" diagram. I've even seeked help from the local Honda Dealer Parts department who can't find a part number either! Google returns only one other person whos plea for help went unanswered.

Here are a couple pics. It's got a metal shield on one side of the bearing, the other side is open. The part number on the bearing is KOYO 6303RUED2

In case you can't find anywhere else, many auto parts stores can get the ID, OD, and thickness and match it to another bearing. I don't know if the ones they may have would be open on one side and sealed on the other, but it's worth a shot.

Just to help show where this bearing came from, here's a doodle. Strangely it's missing from Hondas own diagrams ...which is a first for me!

Buy a 6303 sealed and pop the seal off one side.

Amazon Koyo 6303 (https://www.amazon.com/Koyo-USA-6303-2RDC3-GXM/dp/B00IIL19KS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1466552215&sr=8-1&keywords=koyo+6303)

Was it pressed in the cases?

I believe he bearing you're looking for is item 18 on the 86 ES crankshaft drawing. There is only one crankshaft main bearing on that side which is item 19 so it stands to reason that the second bearing shown on the right side is the one you're looking for.

That's exactly what the parts store recommended today.

I don't think so. It stayed on the shaft when I separated the crankcase. Doesn't appear to have been spinning in the case either so I assume It's a snug tight fit, but not pressed.

You sir are THE MAN. Thank you, that is exactly it. I must have overlooked that diagram 10 times! CRANKSHAFT DIAGRAM - Whodathunkit! Here's a better pic of it on the bike. Thanks everyone for the help, I'm new here and really appreciated the assistance!

...Now maybe I can finish up the diff bearings and get this thing together in time for a July 4th ride. [emoji106]http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160622/0dd514e897408052addd552460412f51.jpg

Just remember, Bearings that have one side blocked off. The open side always goes toward the oil source meaning that bearing will have the open side facing the crank.

Ok thanks. I'm sure there is a reason but I cant figure out why the other side of the bearing is shielded since it's already technically closed off by being fitted against the crankcase.
