This is a new issue for me. I'm working on a 350rancher that the clutch sticks. I adjusted past tight and went out and drove it around with the lever held up untill it broke loose and slipped like it supost to, and then adjusted it and it worked like a new one ( this is a really low hour bike with like new oem tires)untill you let it sit for 20min or so the it sticks again untill you ride it around in 3rd with the shifter up untill it brakes loose then it ok untill you leave it sit for awhile. Like I said before the bike sits alot in a heated garage and is babyed that why it was stuck in the first place. But I never had one restick it self this easy. Anybody else run into this issue?

I bet the centrifugal clutch has an issue. Missing or wrong thrust washer etc etc.

Take the cover off and see whats in there.

Their shoes that fly out, something is binding somewhere......

I have an atc 110, monster machine, but when it gets hot?
Like 20 minutes dragging a pallett, it's like it's in direct drive.
If it had a hand clutch type thing, and stalls when I stop.

5 Minute cool down and it acts normally...for 20 more minutes.

Who knows who put what kind of additive in there over the decades.

I changed the oil with cheap stuff and then again with oil specific for auto clutches.

No more problems.

Hope it works for you
