Hello all. I'm from Texas and I just picked up 2 projects. 1984 Honda BR 200ES and a 1984 Honda 200S. I was googling for parts and found this site. I was able to struggle through getting a good spark but my current issue is that I have picked up some All Balls steering stem bearings and I wonder if anyone has pointers on setting the bottom set of bearings. Any advice would be much appreciated.

A bunch a bunch a bunch of grease in the race on the stem, set bearings carefully in the grease, carefully slide stem up into neck. Repeat grease and bearing placement in upper race, tighten until there is some slight resistance in turning when the tire is in the air just a tiny amount, you don't want to over tighten. Ride it for a day and recheck and re tighten as needed.
