84 trx200 carb vs 84 200s carb

Stupid question maybe? I'm new to honda's, 4 strokes etc. More of a vintage snowmobile guy!

Would a carb off a 84 200s work on a trx 200 of same year?

Picking up a 84 200s that is in great shape ( I need a carb/intake boot for the trx) but it's stuck in gear supposedly. Owner bought a property and it was stuck in corner of barn covered up. Registered in 08 so it ran not that long ago. Looks like original knobby's on it, good plastics. Any ideas on the gear stuck? Going to see it Thursday.

Otherwise, anyone have a carb/intake they would sell?

The manifold bolts are both 48mm and should bolt right on. The air box side is 1 mm smaller on the trx200.
For under $40 you can get a new carb on ebay with an air filter.

EBay's - generally, The bodys are good ,but the jetting is a bit low [for my 200X]

Yep, I had to rejet the carb richer, on my 185s with a supertrap exhaust on it.
