A few years ago I got a little china made quad for the kids. It was ran on and off for about a year and then after that it wasn't run much. The last year it was ran the kids said it was running but didn't have any more "go" to it. I got on it and yep, it seemed the clutch was slipping. I mothballed it till next year. I have pulled it out and started going though everything and need to see about the clutch. I am more familiar with the Honda 110 with the semi auto clutch. This one has the fully auto clutch. Has any one replaced one of them? Any special tools I will need for it? Anyone used upgraded springs on it?

After some research I found out the one I have is called a TaoTao ATA110-H, mid sized. Drums up front with Hyd disk in the rear. Not a bad quad for what I paid for it used (200), just working on getting it and all of the other ATV's / ATC's back up and going.

I have been on other stuff like my 52 Ford F1 for too long, time to get all of these back up to full tilt (Big Red 250, ATC70, the bayou 185, 200x, 185s, three 110's and a blaster that is getting a 185/200 Honda 4 stroke engine, and then get the rolling chassis of the Tiger 250 together since I have enough parts for it now)(may even have enough parts to throw another 110,185/200 back together as I have a ton of those parts put up)

Try adjusting it first. THIS VIDEO (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1pP_L85mo7A) is pretty good, it's the same concept. The biggest difference is the single speed trans vs the 3 speed Honda trans.
