Well about a month ago I bought a pretty nice 84 200s. Would only run on fully choke. New knock off pz27 carb. Cone filter hose clamped directly to carb. When I got it home it didn't want to start. Pulled the carb apart, it was new and clean. Cut the rubber on the filter to uncover the 2 Lil ports and put it all back together.. suckered ran good for a Lil bit! On no choke! Then about 10 min later it didnt. Still had good compression though.
So I'm gonna put about a 4-6 inch piece of pvc between the filter and the carb.... I don't have an air box.
And my DG exhaust will be here today or tomorrow....
And my thunder products dial-a-jet this friday...
