Has anyone on here used a web cam in there 110 or any wheeler for that matter? I run a motorcycle repair and machine shop and I just got a atc110 started riding it around (mind you I weigh around 200lb) I know I'm too big for a 110.. But it lacked power and wasn't that fun so I aquired a spare cylinder and bored it out fitted a new piston 127cc and ported the head set the compression at 10:1 and cut the stock rocker arms and rewelded them to make them high ratio rocker arms and fitted a oversize round slide mikuni on with a dg pipe and man this thing is a riot now!:lock:

I paid $25 for this low-mid range cam. It's made a pretty good difference on mine with just bolt on mods. I'm sure it'd work a lot better on yours. But for $25 shipped you can't beat it. I'm not sure what the web cam performance one costs.

I still have a few NOS Rocky performance cams and IMO better than any cam made by Web for the 90/110 model

Hey short line, still have perf parts for a 110? I just picked up a few and I'm pretty sure the 83 has low compression, so a big bore kit and cam etc would be nice

Ghost thread, spooky.

I done one of those mild 110 builds years ago. Cam, bore, slightly higher compression, Cobra exhaust and it felt a little better but not anything crazy. I'm a heavy rider too, so that little 110 was stressed in more way than power.

I rode it around a bit and decided to sell it. A little dude came by and rode it and it was like a rocket with him riding. If it only ran like that with me riding. I also put front suspension on it, which was the best upgrade. He bought it and I'm sure had a blast.

Anymore, I'd just buy one of the large horizontal clone engines which are more powerful and reliable than a 110 could ever be built into, for less money.
