i have gotten a couple of pms already but. if it says on the disk that it will only work with a certain type of computer (emachine ,hp etc.) it will not work. but if you have a already registered copy i can make it work just pm me for details.

Anybody answering this post could be subject to criminal prosecution. This is not a moral judgement on software theft, but if you are going to commit a crime, and ask others to help, it might not be wise to broadcast it on a messge board.

to my understanding if you use a already registered copy and buy new registration which you can get from any online computer store for 39.99, it is perfectly legal. now my last copy was not legal and i do not want to go that route because i was unable to get any updates.

If that's true I apologize, but I have bought a lot of software and have never heard of that. One thing I do know is that I often have to pay 500-700 dollars for professional software in order to make up for money lost due to pirating.

What you are actually buying is the license for the software, and when you buy an operating system, only a few dollars is for the media. You can buy license only for a few dollars less than the price of the software package. I sold my computer business a year ago, but at that time, an OEM version license for XP Home was about $100 and XP Pro was about $200. An OEM version license can only be sold with a computer. A retail version of the same softwares was about $100 more.
