Will the muffler from a newer 400CC quad make the engine on my ATC200es run poorly?

It's possible that you may have to rejet if it flows better than the es one does. I'd say that since it's off of a 400cc, then chances are that it will.

This is very vague. Please specify what "400CC" quad this is.

No doubt you'll have to rejet and modify alot of the pipe

Plus it's a 450 quad, not a 400.
