OEM carburetor tuning

I purchased an oem aftermarket carburetor for my 85 Honda 250es from eBay and I can't seem to find the adjustment screws or maybe it doesn't if anyone has one of these please let me know how it is working for you, I am very curious.

Could you post some pics of the carb in question(?) Do you still have the original carb?
I bought an aftermarket carb for my 200X. Came with all the adjustments like the OEM carb. The aftermarket carbs "can" come with jets that are too small. You just never know. And I would not trust what is stamped on the jet.

This is the carb I bought I have the old carb but I felt like it was more trouble then it was worth to rebuild it, I have a theory on how to adjust an idle using the actual throttle cable so I still see if that works. There are so many options on new and used carbs i am just trying to get the best bang for my buck.

See that thing that hangs down by the float bowl on the right hand side in your picture? That's the idle speed adjustment. Just turn it with your hand. No tools required.
