Hello all, this is my first post on this forum. I joined to get knowledge about my first 3 wheeler I just got. Its a 1983 Honda atc 200e I traded a fellow gold miner a salt spreader, old printer and scanner for it. It runs, but does need lots of things I hope to repair, replace or restore, but I can ride around on it :) He also has 2 more that I can scavenge a few parts from. I'll admit though I'm not very mechanically inclined so I wont be doing motor work or anything like that myself.

Nice trade. These machines are workhorses and very easy to maintain and repair. Most parts are reasonably priced too. If you want to increase your knowledge on these machines think about getting a copy of a service manual - a lot of good stuff in there.

Thanks, I did manage to find an owners manual, but no service manual yet, I got my first part I'll be replacing, the rear taillight, I got another original one to replace the broken one it came with. Next I want to talk to my tire shop about new rear tires. On a forum note, why are my pics upside down lol I tried flipping em but they upload upside down.

Does anyone know of a replacement light that would fit my machine without much modification? I'd want a hole new housing and bulb, preferably led. I searched forum and didn't find much.

Go here and download the manual. www.oscarmayer.net/atc/manuals/

Also have a boo at Fortnine.ca for tires. Free shipping and are located in Canada. :)

I was going to post that I got some new parts, but then I made a deal with buddy for 2 more(mostly complete) trikes, so now I got 3 lol & they all 83 200e's. I think I'll get 2 running trikes with parts left over.

Good deal! More trikes is always better.

Ya, I would have never guessed I'd have more then 1 trike, I did get my new tires on, they look pretty slick imo. I'll try to post some pics later.

What tires did you get and from where? Mine came in on Monday. Put them on my rims tonight.

The tires are Carlisle, I ordered them through my local integra tire, I'm going to paint the rims in spring I guess since winter has arrived.
