Not without alot of extensive modification to the major engine components (crankcase), fabrication, and not to mention modification to the electrical system to include a charging system and a place to locate a battery. IMHO, the juice isn't anywhere near worth the squeeze.

Curious about the question, a 250r is not difficult at all to kick over and start if in a good state of tune and maintained properly.

^100% agree with Joe.

However, this summer, riding in St. Joe, I saw the remnants of a homemade electric kickstarter on an 85 250R. The guy basically welded some tabs on the subframe that an electric actuator attached to. The battery box was located in the airbox hole and the starter button was on the handlebars at one time. This electric actuator attached to the kickstarter splines and supposedly rotated the kickstarter shaft down. I saw all the mounts, but the new owner had removed all the hardware because it was clunky and no longer worked. He said the former owner was wheelchair bound. It also had a suicide shifter.

Necessity is the mother of invention. If you have the ability to kick it, just kick it.
