DG exhausts?

Hey guys brought full DG exhaust chamber and muffler for my 84 250r! Planning it put the new system on it on the weekend! I have the original exhaust and an after market muffler on the trike now. With the new system will I need to do anything like put bigger jet in or will it run ok? Thanks any advice please.

You may have to bump up a size or 2 on jetting.

Where did you order it from? Just curious as I am looking for a full system as well. Did you find any good deals?

Seth I brought it from oemcycles on eBay, was 208$ US dollars so it costed me $290 Australian dollars to get delivered to Australia, and I brought the muffler from ATC heaven here in Australia for 200$ Australian dollars!

Yes it will run, but you have to be careful because it could possibly run lean and with time burn up your piston.

my dg fit so bad I went back to stock exhaust.2 sizes on main jet

Mollie was it on a 250r that it didn't fit good? As my stock exhaust isn't good!
