I bought a carb off a "running" 250es on eBay that was spotless on the outside but the inside was trashed. It was obvious the gas tank was rusted. I couldn't get the br running so I need a carb rebuild kit. There are so many out there it's overwhelming. What do you guys recommend?

There is a great tutorial on rebuilding a carb by FlyingW. The intro of the tutorial compares some of current kits that are available and that may help you sort out the best kit for your needs. The instructions and pictures of the carb tear down and rebuild are clear, precise and easy to understand. Whether you are experienced or new to rebuilding the carb, there is a lot great info to absorb. Good luck.
