This needs to end. The issue lies not with those directly involved in any issues but those whom think they have a personal "mission" to make a wrong right. that in itself is wrong. If your not directly involve din a problem you need to stay the hell out of it. posting a I'm sorry or that sucks is one thing, actively hunting down and harassing someone is a completely different story. if your not mature enough to see that your NOT a cop, your NOT an enforcer and your NOT even involved in what was claimed and especially one that your not even seeing BOTH sides of the argument, then you need to stay the hell out of the discussion....

I will not go into details about why I am posting this, but know it is WAY past due.
posting and Harassment, Slander and damaging opinions that damage one's character, business or lively hood as a fact can get you jail time and or at a minimum fined and sued. just because your sitting behind a keyboard does not mean you are protected and hidden. it is very easy to track your ip and trace exactly what house your at. that is how the police find people from online all the time.

1. I completely disagree with your first point of not getting involved. You're saying that if someone is getting robbed, but it does not directly involve you, you should ignore it? Thats not what I would teach my children. I also don't think that that is what you believe, Oscar. I base that statement on your Marine Corps reference in your signature. "Staying the hell out" of a problem you're not directly involved in has historically been bad policy. See the shop owning Jews in Warsaw, circa 1939. How'd that "not my problem" strategy pan out?

2. I keep hearing that "you don't know both sides of the argument!" Its like a Clinton campaign talking point. Repeat it, repeat it, repeat it. Ok, Oscar, you're right. I don't have all the information. One side of the argument has provided texts, emails, and multiple independent personal accounts of what has been happening. The other side has said nothing. I've learned in my lifetime to pay close attention to what is not said. This isn't a legal issue, where one side is keeping quiet so as to not bias a court proceeding. Its friggin 3WW! If he has a reason, lets hear it. The court of public opinion is all ears!

3. This is an online 3 wheeler forum. The cops aren't tracking IP's and nobody is getting arrested for libel. Several people feel that they got beat on a shock deal. Thats all. Back the melodrama down off of 11.

4. You're telling the friends of those concerned to stay uninvolved. Aren't you yourself just that? A friend of a party concerned? I may have missed it, but are you, yourself, directly personally involved?

That being said, in case anyone is unaware, Milner Brown (onformula1) did unsatisfactory work in an untimely fashion and intentionally ignored his customers and lied to them repeatedly. We all know that for fact. Milner has never spoken truthfully or given an explanation as to why he has done this, therefore leaving it open to interpretation by his own free will. He has made his impression upon the community by his own choice. I, and others like me, are merely advertising the choice which Milner has made. I will continue to do so.

Oscar is the spokesman, a friend of the man who has flustered the community with his intention of lying and in some cases, stealing. You are exactly what you're speaking against Oscar, and no matter how you phrase the explanation, we all know very well what has happened here and we all know who you and your friend are.

There is nothing libelous about myself or anyone else speaking the truth which is customers were unhappy, Milner chose to lie and ignore his customers, and Oscar is friends with Milner and stands by Milner's actions. I think we can agree that's all fact, correct?

So what is it you want? You want us to just forget the problems you two have caused without so much as even an apology, a reason, an admission of guilt, or even acknowledgement that this whole situation ever took place?

Anyone can sue anyone, it’s the American way, but winning is another thing, especially when the truth is well documented. Speaking of legalities, any thoughts on what the laws are on running a business out of your home in a residential area? Or not paying taxes on income generated by a side business? What about anodizing and powder coating on residential property for commercial gain? Would that affect any mortgage agreements? Any legal insight on this Councilor? And what can you tell us about these FB auctions, like for a spray bombed trike. Do the profits need to be declared as income? I hear FB allows them, but the Texas Attorney General’s office seems to have their own rules about things like that. Unless of course you’re a church. Just keep in mind that blindly worshiping a liar and a cheat doesn’t necessarily qualify as a religion. :lol:

Hello new guy and welcome to 3WW. I will put it this way. Milner Brown is a member here whom uses the screen name onformula1 and advertises that he rebuilds suspensions. I would not suggest using him. I have always suggested Race Tech to anyone that needed suspension work and have occasionally included one or two other companies. Race Tech is an xlnt company and they can also upgrade/modify your shock if you want.

Some others have had horrible dealings with Milner and have expressed that here and other forums.

The key being, Milner and myself and/or other customers/members dealings directly with Milner.

I and nor YOU cannot defend Milner. If I were him, I would never leave this all one sided but that is apparently his choice.

Yes, great suggestion imo . Another xlnt but little known builder and I have suggested them a couple times before as well and they are very user friendly but sometimes pretty busy.
