Running issues after carb rebuild

Long story short I rebuilt the carb for my 86 Honda 250es but it's not running properly. Only runs on full choke and bogs out sometimes. The thing I can think of is I had to rob a jet from my 85 carb bc the original was destroyed on removal.

I had a similar problem. I came to find out the needle and seat were getting hung up. I thought I had it really clean but I didn't. I soaked it in ChemDip and it cleaned it up real nice. Sometimes the reason why it runs better with the choke on is because it's allowing more fuel to fill into the bowl. Check that to make sure everything is operating well.

I did add a clear inline fuel filter when I did the carb
