Oil leak question

I just purchased a 1985 ytm 200er and my first ride i noticed it was leaking oil from around the cover for the magneto.
i also noticed i can feel air coming out around the cover
My question is, does that mean I'm getting too much crank case pressure and blew the seal and getting oil on the magneto side? or
is there supposed to be oil on the magneto side and it's just a blown gasket around the cover

The oil is supposed to be only in the engine. The seal is probably just leaking. You should replace because I believe oil could damage things in there.
