350X NOS Motor on Ebay. Scam

I won the high bid on a motor from hptransports. He never shipped it.

After some investigations i found that this guy has several ebay handles. Ranging from residing in Minnesota to locations in Texas.

Buyer beware

This one is active at this time: It is the guy who had the listing that i won. Now he is in Texas under a different name. He gives himself good reviews.

That motor has been listed multiple times or at least those pictures used in a listing. Good heads up.

The guy told me he fell and blew his knee out. Thats why he couldn't ship it.

Identical story as the other review from the different ebay handle... Which is ironically linked to the motor for sale here at the shop on 3WW

So where is the scam? Can they collect from PayPal without shipping tracking etc? Don't get me wrong, I think it's totally bogus but what protection do we have as buyers for these bigger purchases.

Yes they take your money then never ship it, you then get stressed out and file a dispute you will likely get your money back after a lot of fighting, people like this wreck eBay that motor doesn't look like a factory take out to me it looks to have been repainted poorly
