Honda 185s No Spark

Here's what I have done to date.

Tried two different spark plugs

Checked the following:

Pulsar Coil - 29.6 ohms Spec - 20 ohms to 60 ohms
Exciter Coil - 199.5 ohms Spec - 245 ohms
Plug Cap - 4.52 kohms
Ignition Coil ( aftermarket NGK)
Primary - .4 ohms Spec - .2 ohms to .8 ohms
Secondary - 3.91 kohms Spec - 8 kohms to 15 kohms ( I don't know if aftermarket spec is different. Two different aftermarket coils have approx
same secondary resistance.)
Don't have tester for CDI but tried two different used ones.

I am not certain where to go from here except to start changing parts. Any help with testing will be appreciated.

Check for broken wires, bad grounds, etc. Could even be your kill switch. Are you sure that the plug cap is ok? I could be wrong, but that seems like a lot of resistance through there. I was thinking that they should have little resistance.
