Cant Find Front Fork Parts

I can't find the (ring, piston part number 51437-ha2-003) does anyone have an idea where to find one? It is for a 1986 Honda 250R, Front fork setup.

Not sure on that I just checked for a 86 tri-z cause they have the same size fork and they are discontinued too.
