Hey have a question not sure if a lot of front forks are built similar or not? I'm trying to replace the top oil seal on my 86 klt 185. To remove the top plug and retaining ring the shop manual says to push down on top plug while holding shock upright to access the retaining ring and be careful not to shoot plug across room. My question is how do you hold the plug down and get a pick in there to remove the ring? Maybe if I had three hands? Maybe I'm doing it wrong!
