TIG welder from 130 ford alternator

hey, im a lazy arse kinda guy and cant find the post where the one dude made a TIG welder from a ford alternator. can someone please direct me to it, cuz i got a little briggs in my basement that runs, and i want to build this welder in shop class for credits and so me and my friend can build our go cart in my backyard without havin to go into town to weld it up. so if someone could find me that post it would be greatly appreciated
