Good deal or not?

Hi All,
I found a Honda 1984 ATC 185 for sale for $600 Is it a good deal. It is in good shape, it has newer tires, custom paint job,and It also runs.
Would you think its a good deal or pass, just out of the small info I have given you? I contacted the seller and asked if it has a title. As of right now they have not gotten back to me yet. I have a buddy who would say I'm paying to much because he can find some POS on the side of the road that needs a lot of work for like $200. I turn wrenchs for a living so I don't want another project.

If I were to purchase it is there an aftermarkent for the 185?

I ended up talking the guy down on the price and think I'm getting a ok deal on it. It's kind of hard to find any 3 wheelers in my area that aren't beat to hell. The bike is all stock other then the paint job. I see your point though, but in my area I havent been able to find one in good shape for under $800 to $1000.
