Anyone Hunt for Morels?

I found a good haul yesterday after work. Been a good year for mushrooms in the midwest! Anyone else hunt them?

Never have had one. But now since I've owned property for the last 3 years, I have been looking for them every time they are in locally. For the life of me I cant find one.

Gross, lol. I've never understood the fascination. There was one in my yard two days ago. I recognized it, then not long after that someone stepped on it.

They are tasty! Half the fun is going out and finding them, Kinda like half the fun with 3 wheelers is finding them or building/modifying them. Some people sell them for $30+ a pound. I don't sell mine, but I like to go out a few times and pick enough for a few meals and some left to freeze.
